If you a retail consumer
or a vendor/distributor/installer that does not have WD status with CPR and
would like to purchase CPR products, simply check out our
Dealer section or you may call CPR directly.
If you are an authorized
Wholesale Distributor/Vendor and would like to purchase product
directly from CPR, click on the below link to open
up our order form. Fill out all the
appropriate information and then mail or fax the form to 248-398-4464. You may
also call CPR directly using the below information. Depending on your
location, and/or order size, applicable shipping & handling costs will be added onto your
total. A 6% Michigan sales tax may also be applicable if you are not tax exempt.

Use this number to order parts or to check on an existing order. Orders can be
taken from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, Monday through
Friday, however all purchases must be made before 4pm EDT for domestic products
to shipped out (using standard freight).

PAYMENT
Unless the Customer/Dealer has an account set up with Creative Performance
Products Inc. (Creative Performance Racing), all parts orders must be paid for
in full before shipment. Due to the high cost of shipping some orders, we are
unable to accept C.O.D. orders. We are also unable to ship to foreign addresses,
APO, FPO or P.O. boxes*. For payment, we accept American Express, Visa and
MasterCard over the phone. If ordering by mail or fax, please include credit
card number and expiration date. If you choose, you can send a money order or
certified check (in U.S. currency only) to our office as payment. However, if
you choose this method, your order will not be shipped until we receive your
payment.
For ALL parts orders, a Purchase Order is required. Shipping and handling
charges are the responsibility of the Customer or Dealer. These charges vary
widely depending on part size and weight, and will be quoted to you separately
as part of your order.
Creative Performance
Racing routinely ships by FedEx ground or for, for an additional charge priority
shipping is available. Please inspect any package for damage before accepting
it. If shipping damage has occurred, you must make a claim with the carrier.
BACKORDERS
When backorders occur, we will hold that portion of the order.
Customer’s/Dealer’s account will not be billed for any item until it is
shipped.
RETURNS RGA # or
EXCHANGES
When returning CPR parts, call 866-FUELCPR to obtain a Return Goods
Authorization Number (RGA). Once obtained, this RGA number must be clearly
marked on the returned package. The cost of shipping and handling is the
Customer’s/Dealer’s responsibility. In addition, the parts MUST be in their
original packaging in order to receive credit. For your protection, insure the
package for its full value.
All returns must be sent to: Creative Performance Products, 106 East Ten Rd.,
Hazel Park, MI 48303.
Upon receipt of your package, a CPR QC will inspect the returned item's, verify
items and quantities, and condition of the part's. Once this is done, a credit
will be issued, less a 20% restocking fee. NO RETURNS will be allowed for orders
over 30 days old. Keep your shipping receipts until you have received credit for
your return. Roush Performance reserves the right to require proof of return
shipment, in the form of a receipt, in order to process your credit.
