Fuel Injector Cleaning and Rebuilding

Creative Performance Racing offers a fuel injector cleaning/rebuilding service. Getting your injectors serviced at CPR is as easy as removing them from your engine and sending them to us. Or you can drive in and we will service them for you while you wait*. Here is what we do:

• Get a base line reading on them as they came out of the engine.

• Information is downloaded into a computer (convert ml to Lbs)

• Check spray pattern and reverse flow to check for contaminants.

• Clean the bad fuel injector's.

• As it is being ultrasonically cleaned, the injector is opened and closed at a desired pulse width with a programmable fuel management control system

• Injector is checked for any remaining cleaner

• Injector is brought up to a certain temperature and checked with a strobe to verify fuel atomization

• Electrical windings in the injector are checked with an oscilloscope and Ohm tested.

• A full auto test is performed before and after cleaning 500 Rpm -9999 Rpm, leak down at high pressure.

Once we receive your injectors, they are on their way back to you in only 24 to 48 hours. One-day service is also available. The cost to service most injectors starts at $15.00 per injector( flow test only)! If we need to rebuild a top feed fuel injector will be $25 ea and this includes new o-rings, caps, and in-line filters! Please call for pricing to service side-feed injectors, hose-end injectors.
