Warranty Registration Form

Click on the below link to download our warranty registration form. Please completely fill out the information required and mail or fax the form back to CPR Racing. Along with this form, you will be required to identify a proof of purchase. This is required to verify that you are a CPR customer and allows us to warranty you fuel system product's. The following will be accepted as proof of purchase:

	Purchase receipts
	Purchase order number's
	Invoice number's
	Billing Account number's

Please note that packing slips DO NOT count as proof of purchase and will not be accepted for warranty registration.

Warranty form

The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects you as the consumer to purchase and install after the market performance parts for you new vehicle, that is still covered under the manufacturers warranty. Many dealers will tell you that installing such products will void your warranty, this is not always true. Click on above link to read the Act.
